If you have to constantly log-in to our Hotspot service. Change the below setting on Android or Apple devices:
Android – Set MAC Address to Static (Use Device MAC)
Open Settings
Tap Network & Internet
Tap Internet (or Wi-Fi)
Tap the ⚙️ next to your connected Wi-Fi network
Tap Privacy
Select:
✅ Use device MAC
That’s it. The phone will now use its hardware MAC instead of a randomized one for that network.
iPhone (iOS) – Disable Private MAC (Use Static Hardware MAC)
Apple calls random MAC addressing Private Wi-Fi Address.
Open Settings
Tap Wi-Fi
Tap the (i) next to your connected network
Find:
Private Wi-Fi Address
Turn it OFF
Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network
Your iPhone will now use its real hardware MAC address.
