Frequently asked questions

Can I use multiple devices?

Yes, you can! You’re welcome to connect multiple devices – such as your phone, laptop, and tablet – using the same account.

However, please note that the bandwidth is shared among all connected devices. Each device can reach the full speed of your package on its own, but when multiple devices are active at the same time, the total combined speed will not exceed your package limit.

Example:
If you have a 50 Mbps package and connect two devices, both can use the internet freely – but if both are downloading heavily, the total speed will still be limited to 50 Mbps combined.

This ensures fair usage while allowing you to stay connected across all your personal devices.

Do you have data vouchers?

No, our hotspot packages are subscription based with username & password authentication, are uncapped and work on a month-to-month basis.

Why do I have to keep authenticating?

Many smartphones and tablets use a feature called MAC address randomization (or Private Wi-Fi Address) to protect your privacy. This feature changes your device’s unique network identifier each time it connects to a Wi-Fi network.

Our hotspot system identifies users by their MAC address — so when your device uses a new, random address, it appears as a completely new connection. This causes the hotspot to ask for authentication again, even though it’s the same device.

To avoid repeated logins, you can disable MAC randomization for this specific Wi-Fi network.

How to Use Your Real (Phone) MAC Address
iPhone (iOS 14 and newer):
  1. Open SettingsWi-Fi.

  2. Tap the info icon next to the hotspot network name.

  3. Turn off the toggle for Private Wi-Fi Address.

  4. Reconnect to the network.

This ensures your iPhone always uses its real MAC address when connecting to this hotspot.

Android (varies by brand, e.g., Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.):

  1. Open SettingsNetwork & InternetWi-Fi.

  2. Tap the hotspot network name (or tap and hold it, then choose Modify network / Advanced options).

  3. Look for Privacy or MAC address type.

  4. Select Use device MAC or Phone MAC instead of Randomized MAC.

  5. Reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
