1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or using Fibrinet’s services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them.

2. Service Provisioning and Use

By using our services, you agree to comply with our usage guidelines, maintain network security, and avoid any misuse of services that could impact the stability or security of our network.

3. Contract Term

Unless a month-to-month addon service is active on the product, all Fibrinet fiber packages are subject to a 12-month fixed-term contract. By signing up for our fiber service, you agree to retain the service for this period.

• Upon completion of the initial 12-month term, the agreement will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until written cancellation is received from either party.
• If a month-to-month addon service is active, the agreement will apply on a month-to-month basis from inception.

4. Service Activation and Equipment

Fibrinet may provide certain equipment, such as routers or modems, on a rental basis as part of your service package. This equipment remains the property of Fibrinet unless purchased by you. You are responsible for maintaining this equipment in good condition. Upon cancellation or termination of service, you must return any rented equipment; failure to do so may incur additional charges.

5. Billing and Payment Terms

Your billing cycle begins on the service activation date. Payments are due monthly on the specified billing date, and Fibrinet reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments. Reactivation of service following suspension may incur a reactivation fee.

6. Cancellation and Early Termination Fees

• A full calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel this agreement.
• If you cancel before the end of the 12-month contract term, or if your account is suspended due to non-payment, you may be liable for cancellation fees or clawback charges to recover discounts or incentives provided at signup.
• Any free-to-use equipment provided by Fibrinet must be returned. Alternatively, you may opt to purchase the equipment.

7. Service Suspension or Termination

Fibrinet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is overdue or in the event of a breach of these terms. Following suspension, service may be reactivated upon settlement of outstanding fees and payment of any applicable reactivation charges.

8. Modifications to Terms

Fibrinet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Notice of any changes will be provided on our website or by email. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a consistent and reliable internet experience for all users, traffic management measures may apply if a customer’s data usage is significantly higher than average and impacts network performance. In such cases, speeds may be temporarily reduced during peak hours to maintain fair access for all customers. This policy helps prevent network congestion and ensures optimal service for everyone.
